PINEAPPLE KOMBUCHA

INGREDIENTS:
 2 oz pineapple juice
 15 oz Plain Kombucha

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put the pineapple juice in the bottle.

Next, pour the plain Kombucha in the bottle leaving about 2 inches of headroom.

Cap the bottle tightly and let second ferment for 2-3 days.

Once ready, refrigerate and enjoy!

HELPFUL TIPS: 

Kombucha loves fresh fruit and it will get very bubbly because of all the natural sugars. Be sure to “burp” them daily. And you may want to do it outside or over the sink.
