CUCUMBER BASIL REFRESHER

 ¼ cup SLICED CUCUMBER
 HANDFUL OF FRESH BASIL LEAVES
 1 tsp RAW CANE SUGAR
 15 oz PLAIN KOMBUCHA
INGREDIENTS:

Place sliced cucumber, fresh basil leaves and sugar into the 16-ounce bottle.

Gently pour the plain Kombucha into the bottle, leaving about 2 inches of headroom

Cap the bottle tightly and let it second ferment for 2-3 days.

Refrigerate the bottle, and enjoy the refreshing Cucumber Basil Refresher!

HELPFUL HINTS: 

  • Since there is not a lot of sugar in cucumbers, we added some in order to make the Kombucha fizzier. You can leave this out if you want.
