 ¼ cup PINEAPPLE JUICE
 1 tsp FRESHLY GRATED GINGER
 15 oz PLAIN KOMBUCHA

Add pineapple juice and freshly grated ginger into the 16-ounce bottle.

Carefully pour the plain Kombucha into the bottle, leaving about 2 inches of headroom.

Cap the bottle tightly and let it second ferment for 2-3 days.
