 ¼ cup SLICED CUCUMBER
 HANDFUL OF FRESH BASIL LEAVES
 1 tsp RAW CANE SUGAR
 15 oz PLAIN KOMBUCHA
INGREDIENTS:

Place sliced cucumber, fresh basil leaves and sugar into the 16-ounce bottle.

Gently pour the plain Kombucha into the bottle, leaving about 2 inches of headroom

Cap the bottle tightly and let it second ferment for 2-3 days.
