TZATZIKI SALAD DRESSING

INGREDIENTS:
 2 cups FINISHED PLAIN MILK KEFIR
 ¼ cup FLAT LEAF PARSLEY, CHOPPED
 2 tsp FRESH DILL, CHOPPED
 1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
 ½ CUCUMBER, CHOPPED
 2 tsp FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE
 SEA SALT
 FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the plain milk kefir, parsley, dill, garlic, cucumber, and fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Season with salt and pepper. Chill.
