CHOCOLATE “FAT” SHAKE

INGREDIENTS:
 1 ½ cups COCONUT MILK KEFIR
 1 tbsp GRASS FED BUTTER
 1 tbsp MCT OIL
 2 tsp CACAO POWDER
 1-2 SCOOPS OF VITAL PROTEINS
 1 tsp MACA
 GOGI BERRIES, SMALL HANDFUL
 3 DATES, PITTED
 ICE
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a blender, add all ingredients, (except the ice) and blend until smooth.

Once blended, add ice and blend again until it is the consistency of a milkshake.

HELPFUL HINTS:

  • If you want to make this “Keto-friendly”, eliminate the dates and gogi berries.
